Canterbury Rugby League And Monica Park Trustees
WRIT FOR SALE OF ASSETS. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. An order is being sought in the Supreme Court by the three trustees of Monica Park, E. G. McCullough, E. L. McKcon and Dr. Thacker, that ajl tho real and personal property of the Canterbury Rugby Football League bo sold and realised, subject to two leases, one to Stadiums (Christchurch) Ltd. and tho other one to Lottie Dale, to pay all debts of tho League, which include those owing to the trustees. It was officially stated to-day on behalf of tho trustees that negotiations are pending which may result in tho claim being withdrawn. •
