BRISBANE COUPLE’S DEATH PACT

A couple were found dead in a sedan car on the Mount Cootha road, four miles from the city to-day. Their names are Percy Harvey, aged 30, and Amy Davidson, aged 28. The man was a taxi-driver and the girl a lady’s companion. The man’s arm was round the girl’s shoulder and the pair were sitting in the back scat. Apparently they had been dead since yesterday, when the ear was observed in the same position. A bottle labelled “poison” lay on tho floor. The police express the opinion that it was a case of a death pact.
