ROUGH TASMAN TRIP.
BEST MERINOS EVER SEEN IN SYDNEY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 10 p.m. SYDNEY, Juno 26. The sheep show opened here to-day. Owing to the rough voyage across tho Tasman sea, 33 New Zealand sheep sent for exhibition died. Woolly aristocrats from all the best studs in Australia were penned. The Merinos aro regarded as the best ever seen on exhibition, despite tho fact that the pastoral areas are in the throes of another drought.
