AWARD NOT APPLICABLE. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. The Arbitration Court has filed its judgment in the application of tho Performing Musicians’ union to add tho Radio Broadcasting company to the existing award. The judgment states: “The conditions of tho employment of instrumentalists have changed at some centres since tho matter was last beforo the Court. It may be reasonable to add the company as a party when a new award is made, but the conditions of the present award cannot be applied to it.”
