SENIOR PLAYERS PLACED ON CAUTION LIST
Two senior, players, N. Penny and L. Riddell, who were ordered off during the recent Old Boys-Kia Toa lixture, were last evening placed on the caution list when their case was considered by the Manawatu Rugby District council. The refereo (Mr. F. S. Hewitt) reported by letter that he had ordered off tho two players for striking each other. Tho occurrence had not been of a very serious nature and in the writer's opinion, the two men had been sufficiently punished by being ordered off the field. The two players were notified that their names would be placed on the caution list.
