G. Kinuett £2, costs £1 3s Gd; Mr J. Kennedy (Mr Oakley) v W. P. Casey £29, costs, £4 Is Gd. Judgment Summonses. M. McKenzie, of Palmerston North, was ordered to pay A. J. Vidal and Son (Mr Grant) £3 9s Gd in default 4 days’ gaol. F. F. Fisher, of Palmerston North, was ordered to pay Munns and Anstiss Ltd., (Mr Laurenson) £lO Is 6d at the rate of 10s. per month in default 7 days’ gaol. J. McLachlan, salesman, of Palmerston North, was ordered to pay Hawera Hospital Board £l2 6s forthwith in default 14 days’ imprisonment. Defended Action. Horace Wm. Jensen, farmer, of Kairanga, (Mr Cooper) sued to recover from his brothers George Clarence Jensen, and Chas. Henry Jensen, of Longburn, farmers (Mr Laurenson) trustees and executors under the will of the lato R. P. Jensen, the sum of £IOO allegedly advanced to deceased It. P. Jensen, £32 8s interest, £27 for baling 30 tons of hay, and £l7 Ss 9d for ploughing work done. The evidence of plaintiff was heard after which the case was adjourned pending a decision «£ the Supreme Court in a claim for back wages by other brothers in the family.
