Abraham an£ Williams, Ltd., report: There was only a small entry of both sheep and cattle, due no doubt to the inclement weather and also that the Winter Show in Palmerston North was in progress. ' The Sheep market was particularly brisk, both fats And stores, but the cattle section, which included several very nice lines of bullocks, did not excitcmuch competition. New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company report : A very poor yarding of stock came forward for Friday’s Feilding sale. Fat sheep were somewhat firmer than of late. Cattle wero sold at late rates.
