FASCIST ARMS UNITE WITH ROYAL BLAZON
NEW ITALIAN NATIONAL FLAG EXPECTED TO POLLOW, ROME. The political harmony •which for the last two years has prevailed between the arms of the House of Savoy and the Fascist lictorial emblem, has long awaited worthy artistic expression. On all public governmental buildings, two shields were applied, one bearing the royal coat-of-anns, the other the Fascist symbol. Both shields have now been combined together, and the Official gazette publishes the new design for the coat-of-anns of the Italian state. The same design will also be used for the state seal. It is considered likely that the Italian national flag will have to be changed, the now stato emblem taking tho place of the former royal coat-of-arms. r .
