POINTS OF LIBERAL FOREIGN POLICY
EARLY DISARMAMENT. United Service. Received Friday, 7 p.m. LONDON, May 23. Nino points of the Liberal foreign policy are contained in a statement signed by Mr. Lloyd George, Lord Beauchamp, Sir Herbert Samuel, Sir Charles Hobhouse and Lady Acland. The Liberals' primary object is to abolish war as a method of settling international disputes, also to work for an early, largo all-round reduction in armaments and sign the optional clause by which justifiable disputes inav be referred to a Court of International Justice, with necessary reservations regarding difference between members of the British Commonwealth; to re-estab-lish as early as possible economic relations with Russia on the basis of noninterference with each other’s domestic affairs.
