MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETS. The management committee of the Manawatu Football Association met hist evening whon there wore present Messrs J. C. Young (chairman), J. H Dick, 11. Facer. J. S. Jenkinson, J. Marshall and F. J. Fox (secretary). An apology was received from Mr. T. R. Lees. It was decided that the League competition should be of four rounds subject to review at next masting bv which time the Chatham Cup entries will he to hand. Fixtures lor the second round which starts next Saturday, were made the same as in the first round, the Feilding team to play the bye team. It was decided to invite a Wellington representative team to Palmerston North for June 3. The Winter Show game was fixed between R.S.A. and Flock House. A letter was received from the Taranaki Association suggesting a competition for tho champion teams of Wanganui, Taranaki and Manawatu. The secretary was instructed to reply that it would be preferable to have the matches between representative teams.
