HOCKEY
The teams to represent Palmerston North to-morrow will be selected from the following:—Smith, Burne, Wood, Snell, Donnelly, Sinclair, Evans, Ward, Jones, Levy. Any player being-unable to attend is requested to notify K. Burne, as soon as possible All players are to be at tho Showgrounds at 1.45 p.m. sharp. The following players will represent Broadway in the five-a-side tournament to-morrow: —A. team: N. Hanson, T. Inkpen, W. Duckworth, J. Mellor, N. Harvey; B .team: E. Hollier, R. Inkpen, Blair, L. Inkpen, J. O’Brien; C team: W. Burns, M. Gillot, K. Collinson. W. Edwards, Robinson. Players to be on the ground at 1.45 sharp. Notice to Referees. The following referees are requested to be at the Sportsground to-morrow at 1.45 p.m.: Messrs H. McDowall, A. E. Blackbourn, G. Mitchell and W. W. Scott. The following referees are requested to be at the Showgrounds to-morrow at 1.45 p.m.: Messrs Kyle, Aitchison, Wilson. Any referee being unable to attend 5s requested to notify Sir M. Levy at once.
