SUSPECTED MURDER OF ENGLISHWOMAN
BULLET FOUND IN HEAD.
United Press Association—By Eleetri* Telegraph—Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. LONDON, May 4.
Sensational developments are expected in connection with the death of Miss Olivo Branson, cousin of the English High Court judge, whose body was found in a water tank near the villa where she lived at Lesbaux. The police first concluded it was a case of suicide, but this the relatives refused to believe. A post-mortem revealed a bullet in the head and bloodstains were found in the bedroom.
It is argued that Olive could not have shot herself and walked to the tank 20 yards away, in her stockinged feet and nightdress and therefore that it is a case of murder.
