THE TIVOLI

TREBLE PROGRAMME. Pete Watson comes to Sunset Range, the ranch of his younger brother, to help him against the foreman and his henchman who arc attempting to take the land away from the youth. Pete is unknown to them, having been away from home for years. As part of his plan he acts like a tenderfoot. He is put to work washing dishes, but at night sneaks away on Lightning, the most dangerous horse on the ranch, to spy upon his brother’s unscrupulous employees. Ellen the niece of Talbot, the foreman, secs Watson on one of his nightly rides, but she keeps silent. Pete narrowly averts capture on several occasions. Finally he gets them all in the dining room, locks them in, and goes to town with his brother to get aid. The men break out and Pete coming back later, gets part of them locked in a ranch house. The rest return and a terrific fight starts. Pete is wounded but with the* aid of a posse from the town the foreman and his gang are driven away.
