KAITUNA BLAMED FOR COLLISION WITH SELJE
MARINE COURT FINDING. Australian Press Association. Received Monday, 10.5 p.m. MELBOURNE, April 16. Tho Marine Court found that the collision between the Selje and the Union company’s Eaituna on Good Friday night was due to negligence, articles 18 and 28 of the collision regulations having been disregarded by tho master and third officer of the Eaituna, which alone was blameworthy. Great praise was given the masters of both vessels for their behaviour after the collision.
