SEGRAVE WINS FIRST SPEED BOAT CONTEST

Major Segravc finished tho heat in the lapsed time of 12.08 minutes. Wood, who was leading before the mishap, expects to bo ready to enter the final heat to-morrow. The best he can do seems to be to tie with Segravc and that is not certain, unless Segrave breaks down himself.
