GERMAN PROHIBITION. EVIDENCE OF GOOD FAITH. . United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyx ight. BERLIN, March 19. The Reichstag’s Foreign Affairs Committee adopted a Bill implementing tho Geneva protocol prohibiting the use of poison gas in war. Herr Schubert, the government spokesman, said that it was the best means of dispelling erroneous beliefs that Germany was hiding something regarding chemical warfare.
