BAY OF ISLANDS
BY ELECTION WILL BE HELD ON APRIL 10. Per Press Association. . WELLINGTON, Last Night. Tho Minister in cargo of the Electoral department (the Hon. W. A. Veitch) announced to-day that the byelection in the Bay of Islands electorate, occasioned by the result of the Election Court, which sat at the end of January, and declared that there was sufficient evidence to show that Mr. H. M. Rushworth was not duly elected at the General Election in November, will be held on Wednesday, April 10. The writ will issue next Friday, March 8, and will be returnable cm April 17. Nominations will close on March 27.
