QUARTERLY MEETING OF LICENSING COMMITTEE
POLICE REPORT SATISFACTORY.
In tho absence of tho chairman, Mr. J. L. Stout S.M., through indisposition, Mr. A. J. Graham presided at the quarterly meeting of the Palmerston Licensing committee held yesterday. There were also present Messrs C. N. Clausen, W. F. Durwiard, W. E. Binnie and J. ;M. Johnston. The meeting was very brief, the only business done being the transfer of tho license of the Central hotel from J. P. Boyle to Isaac Sykes;The chairman stated that the polico reports in all cases were satisfactory.
