Colonel Lindberg and Miss Anne Morrow, his liancee took three short flights tc-day in tho neighbourhood of Valbuena field, despite yesterday’s accident. The colonel had to use one hand in flying the commercial piano which he borrowed for the occasion. Miss Morrow seemed nervous before the first flight but both were smiling broadly at the end. Observers believe that Lindberg is applying the Tule for a return to the air immediately after an accident to prevent ‘‘loss of nerve.” Lindberg will probably fly again to-morrow.
