SLEEP
The amount of sleep required varies, within a certain latitudo, according to tho amount of energy oxpended during the day; -about eight hours should be aimed at. Warm baths or foot, baths before retiring, comfortable bedding, light, warm covering, and fresh air are all conducive to healthy, refreshing sleep. Night workers should sleep at once on. finishing work before doing other things. Sleep is impossible with very cold feet. Bed socks should be worn by those who-suffer from this condition.
