SLICED EGG SALAD, After removing the shells from some hard-boiled eggs slice them Into rounds. Also skin a few tomatoes. Prepare a mayonnaise sauce hy blending together a pint of cold white sauce and a gill of real mayonnaise. Arrange a thick layer of shredded lettuce in a dish, cover with the sliced egg and pour the sauce over all. Garnish with tomato slices, and the salad is ready to serve.
