LONDON, Feo 20. In tho House of Commons, Colonel Wedgwood inquired whether the negotiations for the renewed Anglo-Ameri-can arbitration treaty embraced a mutual agreement on the subject of the freedom of the sea.
Sir Austen Chamberlain said that tho United States arbitration proposals were being considered and the Dominions were being consulted Until this was completed, there could .»e no further statement.
