EVERY BUILDING REVELLED. TWENTY-FIVE DEAD' TAKEN FROM RUINS. Unitod Service. Received Friday, 7.0 p.m. CARACAS (Venezuela), Jan. 17. Tho newspaper El Universal says 25 dead and a great number of injured have been taken from the ruins of the city of Cumana, which was shaken by an earthquake.
The Governor of Cumana says ovory building in the city was destroyed. The government is rushing supplies, physicians and nurses to the stricken area.
