ANTI-JAP RIOTS AT HANKOW CONTINUE

Received Tuesday, 11.5 p.m. Anti-Japan demonstrations' at Hankow are causing anxiety possibly necessitating a further landing of marines for the protection of Japanese subjects and their properties. The Chinese authorities have been warned, but they are either unable or unwilling to control the situation.
