EINSTEIN’S RECONCILIATION. TEN YEARS’ WORK ON FIVE SHEETS. United Service. BERLIN, Jan. 13. Prof. Einstein has handed the Prussian Academy of Science a manuscript, tho contents of which, it is stated, aro more important than his first paper on relativity. The new theme is a reconciliation of the laws of mechanics with the laws of electro-dynamics. Einstein has s-pent ten years in arriving at his conclusions, which he presents upon only five typewritten sheets. The academy will shortly publish the work.
