Tho "Times” Riga correspondent says Dr. von Dirksen, the new German ambassador to Moscow, speaking at a banquet on the opening of a "German week” organised to demonstrate Germany’s latest technical developments , and the possibility of co-operation with Russian economic life, predicted profitable intercourse, based on tho Rapallo treaty of mutual confidence.
