Mrs. H. G. Bagnall, of Palmerston North, is at present in Wellington. '
Mre. A. Darcy is a Fcilding visitor to Christchurch.
Mrs. E. Batcholar,..of TJtuwai, has been staying with Mrs. Fannin, Palmerston North.
Mrs. F. B. Bennett, of Palmerston North, has been spending a few days in Hamilton. W.W.
Mrs. H. Collier, who has been visiting hey daughter, Mrs. H. Spier, Palmerston North has returned to her home In Wanganui.
The friends of Miss F. J. W. Hodges, principal of the Girls’ High. School, will be pleased to learn that there is a slight improvement in her condition, and latest reports state that she is progressing satisfactorily.
Those present at the luncheon tendered the Prime Minister and Mrs. Coates at Bulls yesterday included Meadames J. H. Perrett (Sanson) J. F. MeKelvi« (Carnarvon), Churcher (Welling ton) and Miss Frost (Wellington).
-Mrs. Coates, wife of the Prime Mia isterj was the recipient of two beautiful bouquets yesterday, one at Bulls presented to her by Miss Mansell and the other at Foxton, presented by Miss Gower. Mrs. Linklater . was similarly honoured at Foxton.
