GARDEN PARTY TO-DAY
Given fine weather the garden party-to-day at Mrs. E. C. Barnett’s residence, FitZherbert Avenue, should be a great success. Theto will be tenuis, croquet, hoopla, fortune telling, swinging for the children, treasure hunt for all, afternoon tea, sweet stall and fancy stall, prizes for competitions for ladies and gentlemen. A shady seat and music are provided. An ideal spot to spend your 'afternoon is Mrs. Barnett ’s garden at the rear of the house. The admission is 6d., only and proceeds are for Y.M.C.A. funds.
