VACUUM COMPANY SEEKS INJUNCTION
AGAINST SELLING AGENCY. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Last' Night. . The Vacuum Oil Company Las applied to the Supremo Court for an in-,, junction against 'the National Service Stations, Ltd., which acts as selling agent for petrol imported to the order of the Canterbury Automobile Association. The Vacuum Oil Company allege* that the National Service Stations, Ltd., has been mixing Plume spirit with another, gelling it as C.A.A. spirit and the injunction is sought to prevent a continuance of such action, on the ground that it is calculated to be prejudicial to the operation .of the Vacuum Oil Company, in that the addition of Plume spirit may lead the public to believe C.A.A. spirit is of better quality than it really is. ,
