HIGH SCHOOL OLD GIRLS’ ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING AND SOCIAL , , EVENING. Tho annual meeting of tho High School: Old Girls' Association was held at the Girls' High School on Saturday evening, Miss F, J. Hodges presiding over a fair attendance. Apologies for absence were received from Mrs. R. A. Fuller and Miss «M. Fuller.. :■ ~ The, annual report and balance-sheet, recording a most successful year, were read and adopted, following which tho election of officers for the ensuing year took place . These arc:— Patron, Miss C. B. Mills; president, Miss F. J. Hfedges; vice-presidents, Mrs. von Blaranburg and Sirs. Lancaster (life), Mesdames R. A. Fuller, H. Pal-mer,-B. J, Jacobs, and Misses M. Grant and C. M'Hafiio; auditor, Mr. E. A. Fuller; secretary and treasurer. Miss J. Edwards; committee, Mesdames, Gilray and Miller, Misses H. Litchfield, E, Barling, t.’Ferguson, P.-Hastings, D. Nlcpl, M. Weeks, C: Wood, and F; Nunn. Vofes of thanks were accorded the auditor, Mr. E. A. Fuller, the retiring secretary, Miss L. Ferguson,-■ and retiring members of the committee. ’ Upon .the completion of the evening’s business, - dances, games, and competitions were conducted, Miss M. Weeks and Miss D.’Moitland being the competition winners, while Miss Ina Skinner contributed a piano solo. The evening, on tho whole, was a most enjoyable one.
