During a discussion on matters connected with the motor regulations, the chairman at the meeting of the Waimatc West County Council on Thursday,' in urging the need of a campaign to educate the children in the schools on what they should do in different cases when meeting vehicles on the road, said there were many people killed in London through being caught between the lights of two cars approaching, and thus being obscured to the drivers. This should be a warping to pedestrians to keep out of the fine of light when using the road after dark. This was a very, serious worry to motorists.
