Hazy—Ram Later An intense and extensive area of Nw pressure is covering the Tasman Sea. Forcca_st; Easterly winds backing to northorli’es and freshening north of Now Plymouth and Castlepoint, and northerlies hence southward, increasing and reaching gale force at places; seas rough on the East Coast south of Castlepoint, elsewhere moderate but rising soon on the West Coast south of Cape Egmontstrong north to west winds to gale in the Tasman Sea with generally disturbed conditions and rough seas. Weather: Mild and hazy at first but soon becoming unsettled and squally with rain developing in tho western district and later extending to most parts of the Dominion.; some heavy falls probable in Westland. Sun (to-day). Rises, 7.25 a.m., sets, 4.48 p.m. To-morrow. Rises, 7.24 a.m., sets, 4.49, p.m. Moon (to-day). Rises 10.1 a.m., sets, 9.13 p.m. To-morrow. Rises 10.13 a.m., sets 10.19 p.m.
