In the House of Commons Sir Philip Uunliffe-Dister, President of tho Board of Trade, in reply to a question said that the Board of Trade had received .delations of the Police Court proceeding!!it Colombo arising from the Jervis Bay affair and also local press reports, These added nothing material to the information already published in the British press. / : “I am satisfied tho case does not call for any action by the Board of) Trade,” he concluded. *
