A claim for £50,000 for alleged wrongful arrest made on behalf of Jeremiah Jackson against seven named members of - the South Pacific Developing Company will be herd in September. The action arises out of a -charge of conspiracy preferred against Jackson in connection with detain gold mining leases in Papua which was dismissed.
