Bukharin ,speaking at the opening of the Communist Congress, declared that increasing bourgeoisie dissensions might lead to war against the Soviet followed by unprecedented class war in all countries. MM. Stalin, Bukharin,, Manuilsky and Murphy - were elected to' the Pracsidium. M. Leon Trotsky accuses M. Joseph V. Stalin of adopting principles for which ho (Trotsky) was banished.
