MANAWATU HUNT
Drag hunting was the,order of the day yesterday afternoon, when hounds and hunting folk assembled at the homestead of Mrs. Shannon' Flaxbourhe, and hunted from there to Rangitikei line. There were two rims, the drag for-the first being laid by Messrs, tr.- Stevens and Pat Gallagher,, and for the-second run by Messrs, L. Holland and G. Stevens. There jrere several spills, but no one was hurt.'*
-At the conclusion; of the hunt all present were entertained at afternoon tea at’thd residence of Mr. J. Shaw by Mr. and Mrs. W.-W* Andrews. The v master (Mr.' L. H.
