Sir Austen Chamberlain make a statement questioning tho utility of the proposed League wireless station in times of crisis, adding that it would normally bo run at a loss. It was decided to refer the matter to the technical committee. The Rumano-Hungarian dispute report related that a settlement had not been reached. The Council again adopted a resolution inviting the parties to further discussions. Count Apponyi (Hungary) opposed the resolution. 1
