THE TIVOLI
“SILK STOCKINGS.’’ Tins picture comes straight from the Do Luxe, Wellington, to the Tivoli tonight. It is a peach comedy centreing around a pair of lovers and a pair of silk stockings. After you’ve got what you want you don’t want it, aud that's how it was with Sara and Molly Thornhill. They fought to get married, gosh, how they fought. They fought after they got married, gosh, how they fought—and then, she fought to get unmarried, but life wus simply terrible without her Sam. But you ought to see Laura oa the witness stand, and you oughter see Laufa oa her feller's piazza, and you’ve gotta see Laura iu “Silk Stockings’’, and you’ll scream and laugh till your sides ache. The ‘Collegians’ number three series arc to be shown and this canoe tilting is good. On Monday the showing is “The Heart of a Coward”—Billy Sullivan. A iueky matinee will be held to-day.
