CRITICAL SITUATION DEVELOPS AT TIENTSIN United Service, TOK3O, June 7. Marshal Chang Tso-lin’s campaign i? reported to have improved, although it is still critical. There is a most critical situation around Tientsin, where upwards of 8000 partly disorganised Shantung and Chili troops threaten to break through tho International Defence Zone.
