The Royal Commission inquiring into civic affairs concluded taking evidence without any further startling revelations. Counsel will commence addresses on Monday, but Mr A. B. Shand, who is assisting the Commissioner, hinted ho might require the Commission to bo reopened as ho had received some most startling information.
