ALL SAINTS’ CLUB DANCE
Winter time is dancing time, when the wail of the saxophone-is heard in tho land. Tho Anzac Club, that scene of so many carnival nights, was filled again last evening, with a gay throng of dancers circling beneath tho lights. Tho committee of the All Saints' Boys’ Club was holding another of their most successful dances—an occasion eagerly looked forward to by all those who have had previous experience of the entertainment supplied by the committee. The hall was well tilled with circling couples while, on the balconies, the older and more soberly inclined, took part in card tourneys. A dainty supper , served by a willing band of helpers, contributed still further to the enjoyment of an evening, the success of which was already assured. In all respects, tho committee are to bo congratulated on the organisation of such a delightful dance. Mr. L. Pickering acted as M.C. Tho chaperones wore Mcsdames Martin and Jewett. The euehro prizes wore won as follows: —Ladies —Miss Trotter, 1; Mrs. Mabcy, 2; consolation, Mrs. Tozcr. Gentlemen —Mr. Jones, 1; Mr. Tozcr, 2; consolation, Mr. Bell.
