INSURANCE SCHEME MEETS WITH SUPPORT. United Press Association —By Electrit Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, June 6. The House of Commons adopted the report of the Industrial Eolations Committee, endorsing unemployment insurance. Replying to Mr. H. H. Stevens, Conservative, the Prime Minister, Mr. Mackenzie King, said that he could not see that the concurrence of tho House in the principle carried an obligation to bring down legislation at present. If the position was an adoption and meant an obligation to vote money now Government would not give Support to the proposal.
