To tho Editor. fiJir,—l agree with “Colombo Street Anti Dog.” It is time our city counc.uors look a hand and hud all loose dogs gathered in and make a charge to tho owners or, have them destroyed, as they aro only mongrels that are running about the Square. When new buildings go up at a big Cost they look nice and clean but not for long, you have only got to walk around the Square and look at all the shop corners and entrances to them. Talk about sanitation. It’s nowhere in it. I am, etc., SANITARY.
