Mr. J. A. Nash, M.P., journeyed tc Wellington yesterday and will probably return to-day. ’
Mr. T. F. Fairbrother, an ex-hcad-mastcr of the Terraco End School, will act as temporary headmaster at Milson pending a permanent appointment.
It will be learned with pleasure that Mr. 11. N. Watson, of To Awe Awe street, who recently underwent a severe operation, is on the way to rapid recovorv.
Mr. Lester Brown, Aow Zealand publicity manager of Fox Films, at present in Palmerston North making arrangements for the production of “Mother Machrce.”
