Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. Judgment against the Christchurch Tramway Board for £516/16/- was given by Mr. Justice Adams on the finding of a jury in the Supremo Court today in the ease in which an Invercargill resident, Daniel Petrie Walker, a railway employee, sned tho Tramway Board and the Inter-City Motor Service Company for damages for £559/19/- for injuries received in a collision between a tram-car and a bus at a street intersection. The jury found that the accident was due to negligence on the part of a tramway motorman.
