PALMERSTON NORTH BOROUGH ADMINISTRATION. I When the Palmerston North Borough . Council met last evening to transact ; further business there were present the ! Mayor, Mr. A. J. Graham, Councillors 1 M. A. Eliott, J, Hodgens, A. E. , Hansford, W. Milverton, G. Tremaine. C. N. Clausen, D. W. Low, H, J. > Canton and W. L. Fitzhcrbert., Correspondence. Prom the Palmerston North branch Automobile Club drawing attention to the small length of road in Foxton Line at the borough boundary, and asking that something be done to improve the same. The engineer was instructed to proceed with the work in conjunction with the Kairanga County Council. From H. E. Edmunds, drawing attention to the state of the footpaths in Bryant street and Cuba street extension, and asking that same be tarred and sealed. Engineer to report to public works committee.
