An arrangement enabling the Reichstag to enjoy the carnival holiday has solved tho crisis The House has adjourned till February 27. President Von Hindcnburg again announced that he opposed dissolution land hinted that if Cabinet fell a business Ministry might be appointed to complete the urgent business of the emergency programme, which should he completed by the end of March, unless a collapse of tho emergency scheme necessitates an earlier dissolution and polling.
