Feb. 21, Charged with having obtained a license after being disqualified and with riding a motor cycle without' a license, John Hudson Falcon was fined £lO and costs, the Magistrate, Mr. Mosley, remarking that ,it was one of the most serious offences under the Act. Accused had deliberately flouted the court.
