FOR THE STRICKEN
ASSISTANCE FOR HOBSON DISASTER VICTIMS. Special reference was made by the Mayor (Mr. F. J. Nathan) last evening to the effort that is being made by the Labour Social Club to assist the victims of the Dobson mine disaster. A social Is being held in the Municipal Hall on December 22 and his Worship felt sure the building on that occasion would be let free of charge. All appreciated the efforts of the club and all donations from those anxiou s to assist would be acknowledged in the press.
