TOURING DEPUTATIONS. CALCUTTA. Oct. 16. Hard on the departure of the South African deputation, which has been touring India, the names are published of a deputation representing India which shortly will proceed to South Africa. The leader of this second deputation will be Sir Mohammed Habidullah, of the Viceroy’s Executive Council, who normally deals with overseas questions.
